Have I been living under a rock? Last week, I discovered from my friend Lorraine that you could buy already frozen fruit. The worst part is, it seemed like everyone around me got that memo but me. Perhaps it was because I’ve always brought fresh fruit and just never considered having to buy it frozen when I could just prepare it myself and pop it in the freezer. Seems such a trivial task and I didn’t think the world had become so lazy. Anyway, I decided to join the lazy bandwagon and bought some frozen mangoes and cherries, the basis of this recipe. Here’s what I did.
Ingredients
1/4 small papaya
4 pieces of coconut
200ml coconut water

Instructions
Put everything in your blender (I used my Fusion Booster) and blitz. Add more coconut water depending on what consistency you like.
This was a great smoothie. Don’t know if it was the ‘ready-made’ fruit or the fact that it was purely fruit, no veggies but it was one of the best I’ve ever made.
