Vegan Coleslaw

This was an impromptu recipe inspired by the soya yogurt in my fridge. I was fed up of regular salads so figured I could still make coleslaw without any mayo.
Ingredients
3/4 cabbage
4 carrots
1 green apple
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup soya yogurt
1 tbsp mustard
Bouillon/Herbemare seasoning, to taste

Instructions
Chop the cabbage thinly. Peel the carrots, core apple and grate those. Add all ingredients in bowl and stir in the vinegar. In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt, mustard and seasoning. Stir into the vegetable mix and voilà. As easy as that.
