Over here feeling like I need some goodness in my life because, as you know, spoonie symptoms never fail to disturb me. So here’s a quick candida diet friendly smoothie to help ease the IBS symptoms.

Ingredients

  1. 2 apples

  2. Half a cucumber

  3. Handful of baby spinach

  4. 1 avocado

  5. Vanilla almond milk

Directions

Pop all ingredients in the Nutribullet and blitz. Voilà! Have a lovely day y’all.
