Ginger Citrus Quencher

The past week has been tough. I dealt with nausea, feeling rundown and IBS, as well as other general pain. I decided to end the week with something to help relieve me from the aforementioned issues and came up with the perfect juice.
Ingredients
1 orange
1 apple
1/4 melon
1 lime
1 lemon
Thumb-sized piece of ginger

This juice was nutrient packed and helped perk me up in no time. It contains ginger which is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and ability to fight nausea and reduce pain. I decided to add three varieties of citrus fruit to help with the rundown feeling and increase my Vitamin C. I included the apple to keep the Dr away…🙈. Well, apple also helps boost the immune system and reduces symptoms of IBS.
I’m going to make another one now to kickstart the weekend.
Instructions
Deseed the melon and scoop into the Fusion Booster. Chop the ginger into 4 pieces. Place one piece inside each fruit, i.e. in lime, lemon, orange and apple. Then juice into the Booster using the Fusion Juicer. Add some ice to the melon and juice and then blend. That’s it jewels.
