Pink Panther, Pancakes & Prayers

As my thirty-fly birthday is looming, a number of my friends have been wanting to celebrate such a milestone with me. Obviously I had to indulge one of my good friends and take a trip to Rochester to have pancakes at Crepe & Co.

Since Rochester is so picturesque, I implored her to allow me to act like a princess for a day and take pictures in front of Rochester Castle 👸🏾. I enjoyed it…obviously but I bet she was tired of standing in the cold while I acted a fool.

Meanwhile, we had the pancakes and decided to pop into the Cathedral for a quick silent devotion considering I’m hitting a new chapter in my book of life on Tuesday. It was quite serene although we can find a topic to chuckle at in any scenario…

“Can’t take us anywhere.”

The look was simple and convenient considering how cold the day was.
